Growing up and working in a family of commercial real estate developers, Tanner Ewing had first-hand experience of what an empty office could become. So when a more-than-5,000-square-foot space became available in the Design District, it didn’t take much convincing to get his father, Edward Ewing, to agree to its transformation into the neighborhood’s newest art space: TF Gallery.
