Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), the Luxembourg-based mining company vital for the supply of minerals used in rechargeable batteries, has appointed Shukhrat Ibragimov as its new CEO.

Previously serving as deputy CEO and chairman of the board, Ibragimov is the son of one of ERG's founding oligarchs from Kazakhstan.
