Speaking at the European Week of Regions and Cities, Leudelange Mayor Lou Linster has called for significant reforms in Luxembourg's urban planning policies to align with the country's climate goals.

Linster proposed phasing out the automatic allocation of parking spaces for new office and residential developments. Linster also stressed on the need to invest in renewable energy and advocated for Luxembourg to contribute more funding to complete the Luxembourg-Brussels rail connection, which has faced significant delays.
