Nadia Calviño, president of the European Investment Bank (EIB), recently met with lawmakers to discuss the growing challenge of attracting and retaining talent due to Luxembourg's skyrocketing housing costs.

With wages aligned to the same coefficient as Brussels, but living expenses significantly higher, many of the EIB’s nearly 5,000 employees are feeling the pinch.
