François Jagut, head chef of Les Roses in Mondorf-les-Bains, has been named 2025 Luxembourg Chef of the Year by Gault&Millau France.
Originally from Brittany, and praised for his creativity, Jagut has been with Les Roses since 2006 and has continually pushed culinary boundaries, earning him this prestigious recognition.
Other notable awards from Gault&Millau include Bonne Nouvelle, named Bar of the Year, and Bao8, recognized as the Hippest Restaurant of the Year.
