As Luxembourg’s foreign and economy ministers prepare for a visit to China in November, Penpa Tsering, the head of the Tibetan government in exile, has raised concerns about the paradox of balancing business interests with human rights.

In an interview during his recent visit to Luxembourg, Tsering highlighted the ongoing human rights violations in Tibet, Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia, urging democracies to reconsider their economic relationships with China.
